Without daily interaction, the staff can develop a distorted view of management.  The Maximum Significance Impact Program imparts and reinforces a regular message regarding our intent for quality, service and compassion in our company.

Bruce Mow and MSI is training our supervisors and managers through the Southwest Leadership Institute. Bruce wrote and facilitates the training. It includes a Personality Profile and modules on Effective Communication Skills, Integrity / Character, Principles of Leadership, Accepting Responsibility, Willingness to Change, Courage, Passion, Significance vs. Success and Juggling Priorities.   Bruce offers a refreshing approach to human resources development. Southwest’s supervisors and managers come away from his training sessions invigorated, motivated and confident in their enhanced abilities to help lead the organization. He has provided an innovative set of tools to use in the business of managing people.

I am happy to write a letter recommending your Champions in Excellence program to other businesses.  This program has really been a “shot in the arm” for our small community bank.  The message contained in each week’s handout is not only inspirational but is also a great resource to help keep every member of our institution focused on what we as a Bank deem important. Also we have found that the questions following each story provokes each of us to think of practical ways to better improve our performance at work.

At the Bank, like in most companies, communication (or the lack thereof) often is a source of problems and poor morale.   However by scheduling these meetings in each department, we have noticed how communication both within respective departments as well as within the Bank has improved.  As a result, the good morale found within the Bank has stayed strong!

I wholeheartedly recommend this program for any business large or small that desires to have a consistent culture excellence.

I really appreciate your role here.  The “MSI Impact Program” today touched on an extremely pertinent topic.  The lesson plan was addressing something that I could not really bring up as part of day-to-day department operations.  These Impact Program lesson plans are helping to bring about a better work environment, and a little more unity between team members – in only 5 to 10 minutes per day.  I would even say that many businesses have failed – which likely could have succeeded if they would have had these kinds of impact programs each morning.

We really got into the Louis Braille Impact Program lesson plan today.  We even did additional research to get more information on him and his life.  The story on him was amazing.

I wanted to mention the quality of the MSI Impact Program writing. I am referring to the writing style. There has been a strong attention grabber in the first line or two, the cliff hangers have always been good and the wit and humor is ever unfailing.  Just thought I would make mention of it…Kudos to the team.
